Antarctic Wallet Card is not a single standardized card product. The wallet currently offers several virtual card options aimed at different payment scenarios, including international online services, travel and general-purpose spending. There is also a separate payment solution for users in Russia.
The cards sit inside Antarctic Wallet, which is primarily a crypto payment wallet supporting crypto deposits, QR payments, off-ramp transactions and other payment services. Depending on the card selected, users can spend online or add the card to a mobile wallet for contactless payments.
Card options
Antarctic Wallet currently lists three virtual cards for payments outside Russia. The Online Services Card costs $19 to issue and is positioned mainly for subscriptions and international online merchants. It supports Google Pay.
The Travel Card has a $29 issuance fee and is intended for both online and physical payments abroad. It supports Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The Universal Card costs $9.99 and also supports online and offline payments as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Despite the lower issuance price, Antarctic Wallet presents it as a general-purpose option rather than limiting it to a specific merchant category.
A separate card/payment product is available for use within Russia. It has no issuance or monthly fee, but it operates differently from the international cards and relies on local payment infrastructure rather than functioning as a conventional international Visa or Mastercard.
Funding and supported assets
Antarctic Wallet is primarily funded with crypto. Its current public FAQ lists USDT and TON as the main assets available for wallet deposits and payments, with TRC20 and TON among the supported networks. Other sections of the official site also reference additional assets and networks, so actual availability can vary between functions and should be checked inside the app before funding a card.
The payment flow also depends on the selected card. For the domestic Russian product, spending can be deducted from the user's USDT balance with conversion performed during the transaction. International cards are issued through the Card Market, where the user selects a card and specifies the amount to fund it with.
Fees and verification
Card issuance currently ranges from $9.99 to $29 for the three international options. Antarctic Wallet does not publish one universal card transaction fee because the available cards use different providers and conditions.
Separate wallet funding fees can also apply. The official FAQ currently lists a $2.75 deposit fee for USDT via TRC20, while USDT deposits on TON are listed as free. These are wallet funding charges rather than card issuance fees.
Basic verification is required to issue the virtual cards. Antarctic Wallet uses Sumsub for identity verification and also applies AML checks to deposits and withdrawals. Higher verification requirements may apply to certain services or transaction levels.
Mobile payments
Mobile wallet support depends on the card. The Travel and Universal cards support both Apple Pay and Google Pay, while the Online Services Card currently supports Google Pay but not Apple Pay.
All three international products are virtual cards. Antarctic Wallet does not currently present a physical version as part of this card lineup.
