About Redotpay Card

RedotPay Card is a stablecoin-based payment card that lets users spend crypto at regular merchants without manually converting assets into fiat before each purchase.

The card is connected to the RedotPay app, which combines a crypto wallet, payments, transfers and card management. When a purchase is made, RedotPay automatically converts the required crypto into the card's settlement currency.

RedotPay offers both virtual and physical cards. Virtual cards can be used online and added to Apple Pay or Google Pay, while physical cards also support in-store payments and ATM withdrawals.

All newly issued RedotPay cards are currently denominated in USD. Older users may still have legacy HKD cards issued before January 21, 2026.

Background

RedotPay is a crypto payment platform focused on making digital assets usable for everyday spending. Its card product is designed to bridge crypto balances with traditional card payment infrastructure.

The service is available in more than 100 countries, while the card can be used at over 130 million merchants worldwide that accept supported card networks.

RedotPay has expanded beyond basic card spending into a broader financial app with crypto deposits, transfers, swaps, Earn products and crypto-backed credit.

Terms and fees

RedotPay charges a one-time issuance fee for both card types:

  • Virtual Card — $10;

  • Physical Card — $100.

There are no monthly, annual or inactivity fees for the standard RedotPay Card.

Users can hold multiple cards. RedotPay currently allows up to five virtual and physical cards combined per account over the lifetime of the account. Deleted cards still count toward this limit.

The physical card supports ATM withdrawals. Standard RedotPay withdrawal fees apply, while ATM operators may charge their own additional fees.

RedotPay also offers RedotPay Pro, a paid membership:

  • monthly membership — $12.90 per month;

  • annual membership — $129 per year.

Monthly Pro members receive a one-time waiver of the $10 virtual card issuance fee. Annual Pro members receive a one-time waiver of the $100 physical card fee and up to $1,000 per month in ATM withdrawals without RedotPay's own withdrawal fee.

Key features

RedotPay supports a broad range of cryptocurrencies for payments and deposits, including:

  • BTC;

  • ETH;

  • BNB;

  • SOL;

  • S;

  • SUI;

  • TRX;

  • XRP;

  • USDT;

  • USDC.

Users do not need to manually sell these assets before making a purchase. RedotPay converts the required amount into local currency automatically when the card is used.

The virtual card can be connected to Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, allowing users to make online and contactless payments without waiting for a physical card.

Physical cards support online purchases, point-of-sale payments and cash withdrawals from compatible ATMs.

RedotPay also lets users customize card security settings. Individual cards can be frozen in the app, and users can enable or disable online transactions, physical purchases and ATM withdrawals. Per-transaction and daily spending limits can also be configured.

Another notable feature is RedotPay Pro cashback. Active Pro members can earn 3% cashback on eligible purchases made through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

The cashback is capped at 18 USDs per month and is credited after eligible transactions clear. Rewards are paid in USDs, which can be used for future card purchases but cannot be withdrawn, transferred or used to pay card issuance fees.

Annual Pro members also receive an additional +1% APY boost on eligible RedotPay Earn balances, subject to regional availability and program limits.

RedotPay additionally offers a crypto-backed Credit feature. Users can generate a credit limit based on eligible assets such as BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, TON, TRX and XRP without using USDT or USDC as collateral for that limit.

Eligibility

Users must complete identity verification before applying for a RedotPay Card.

The minimum age and exact verification requirements depend on the user's jurisdiction and applicable compliance rules.

Card issuance is available in many countries, but several markets are excluded due to regulatory, sanctions or card-network restrictions.

As of 2026, unsupported jurisdictions include the United States, Ukraine, Russia, mainland China, India, Singapore, Turkey and several other countries and territories.

Physical card delivery is also subject to separate shipping restrictions, so a user may be eligible for RedotPay services while physical card delivery remains unavailable at their address.
