Bing Card is a crypto-funded card service offering two virtual products, Exclusive and Star, alongside a physical Platinum card. Users fund the cards with BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC and manage the resulting card balance through the BingCard account.
The virtual cards are primarily positioned for online purchases, subscriptions and advertising payments. They are issued in USD and can also be linked to services such as PayPal, WeChat Pay and Alipay. The physical Platinum card is issued from Hong Kong, uses HKD as its base currency and can be used for both online and in-person payments.
Card options and fees
Bing Exclusive costs $25 to issue and has a published monthly limit of $100,000. Its dedicated product page currently lists a $1 monthly maintenance fee, a 1% deposit fee, a 1% withdrawal fee and a 1% cross-border fee with a $0.45 minimum.
Bing Star costs $40, has no monthly maintenance fee and carries a published monthly limit of $200,000. Its current terms list a 1% deposit fee, 0.5% withdrawal fee and 1% cross-border fee. Transactions below $10 can incur a 1% charge.
The physical Platinum card costs $168, including issuance and shipping. It has no monthly maintenance fee and a published monthly transaction limit of HKD 1,000,000. Deposits cost 1%, withdrawals 2.5%, and the cross-border fee is 1.5%.
BingCard's general pricing page currently shows somewhat different fee figures from the individual card pages, including 2% top-up and exchange charges for some products. Because of this, the final pricing displayed during card issuance should be checked before funding.
Verification and availability
BingCard advertises its virtual cards as available without standard KYC, although this remains subject to AML and regulatory requirements and unverified accounts can have additional restrictions.
The physical Platinum card requires online identity verification. BingCard states that it is issued from Hong Kong and can be shipped internationally, with delivery taking up to 25 business days.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are currently listed as upcoming rather than active features, so they should not be treated as confirmed mobile-wallet support yet.
Funds loaded onto a Bing Card are held within the BingCard/card account infrastructure rather than a self-custodial wallet, so the product should be treated as custodial.
