Binance Card is integrated directly with the Binance exchange account rather than a separate wallet or prepaid balance. The current Global Program is operated through Immersve and uses the Mastercard network, while Binance also runs separate regional card programs with slightly different conditions.
Users can select which assets should be used for payments and arrange them in a priority order. The card can draw from supported balances held in Spot, Funding and Simple Earn Flexible, so funds do not need to be transferred manually to a dedicated card wallet before every purchase.
Supported assets vary by jurisdiction. Binance allows users to select between three and twelve currencies in their payment priority, with crypto converted when required for settlement.
Fees and cashback
The Global Program has no annual fee and no fee for issuing the virtual card.
Crypto conversion normally costs 0.9%, although USDC conversion is reduced to 0.1% in selected markets. FX fees depend on the user's country: some supported jurisdictions have no additional Binance FX fee, while others currently charge 2% or 3% on top of any Mastercard-related currency conversion costs.
Cashback is based on monthly eligible card spending rather than BNB holdings. In many supported markets, the current program starts at 1.5% and reaches 3% after $1,000 equivalent in monthly spending, with a monthly reward cap of $100 equivalent. Some jurisdictions use a separate structure with cashback ranging from 0.5% to 2%.
Cashback is generally paid in USDC or BTC depending on the user's country. ATM withdrawals and several financial, government and gambling-related transactions are excluded from cashback.
Virtual and physical cards
The virtual Binance Card is issued after the card application is approved and can normally be used immediately. Google Pay is supported under the Global Program, while mobile wallet support can differ between regional versions.
Physical cards are available only in selected countries. Where offered, standard physical-card issuance and delivery currently costs $10, while premium shipping costs $70.
Physical-card users receive two free ATM withdrawals per month under the Global Program. Additional withdrawals cost $1.50 each, although ATM operators and local providers can impose their own fees.
Availability and custody
Binance Card requires a verified Binance account and is available only in supported jurisdictions. Eligibility is determined during the application and can differ between the Global Program and regional products such as Binance Card Brazil or Binance Card Argentina.
The card is custodial. Assets used for payments remain within the Binance account and associated card infrastructure rather than in a self-custodial wallet.
Spending limits depend on the user's KYC level and country rather than one universal card limit. Higher verification levels can provide higher daily, monthly and annual limits.
